The Avon Rose B&B Queen room has a super comfy waterbed, ensuite, television, parking area and private entrance through the Lavender Lounge. The Lavender Lounge is your separate, private lounge room complete with television, fridge, kettle and welcome tray. Our B&B guests enjoy tranquil views from their verandah overlooking the rose garden and olive grove with views across the Avon Valley and the historic town of York spanning across to Mt Brown and Mt Bakewell as the backdrop to this amazing vista.
